Man folgt dem Wanderweg "Eisenacher Haus" bis zum Abzweig Richtung Burschenschaftsdenkmal. Wer sich für den kleinen Abstecher entscheidet, bekommt einen tollen Blick zur Wartburg. Am Parkplatz wartet außerdem der erste Verpflegungspunkt. Zurück auf dem "Eisenacher Haus"-Weg wandert man bis zur Mosbacher Linde. Von dort auf dem "Marktweg" geht es geradeaus weiter bis zum Mosbacher Waldbad. Die nächste Versorgungsstation lädt zur Pause ein.  Mit teils steilen Anstiegen auf schmalen Waldpfaden geht es hinauf zum "Großen Drachenstein". Von dort kann man bis zum Inselsberg schauen. Weiter geht es zum nächsten Höhepunkt der Tour: der Landgrafenschlucht. Es folgen 2,5 Kilometer Naturerlebnis - mal mit Draufsicht, mal mittendrin in der Schlucht. An dessen Ende erreicht man das Mariental und hält sich rechts. So gelangt man auf der Wichmannpromenade zur Gaststätte "Phantasie" und zur "Marientalhütte"- zwei weitere Verpflegungspunkte. Nun wird zum Prinzenteich gewandert und dem Kartausgarten. Man überquert auf Höhe der Kurstraße wieder die B19. Weiter geht es über den Reuterweg bis zu den Treppen am Reuter-Wagner Museum. Über die Beethovenstraße, die Domstraße und die Treppen am Wingolf-Denkmal gelangt man zurück zum Markt.

Follow the hiking trail "Eisenacher Haus" to the junction towards the Burschenschaft Monument. Those who decide to take the small detour are rewarded with a great view of the Wartburg. At the parking lot, the first refreshment point awaits as well. Back on the "Eisenacher Haus" trail, hike to the Mosbach Linden Tree. From there, continue straight on the "Marktweg" to the Mosbach Forest Bath. The next supply station invites you to take a break. With partly steep ascents on narrow forest paths, the route climbs up to the "Great Drachenstein". From there, you can look as far as the Inselsberg. Next, the route continues to the Landgraf Gorge, the next highlight of the tour. You will experience 2.5 kilometers of nature – sometimes with a view from above, sometimes right in the gorge. At its end, you reach Mariental and keep to the right. This takes you along the Wichmann Promenade to the restaurant "Phantasie" and the "Mariental Cabin" – two further refreshment stops. Then, continue to the Prinzenteich and the Kartausgarten. You cross the B19 again at the height of Kurstraße. Proceed via Reuterweg to the stairs at the Reuter-Wagner Museum. Via Beethovenstraße, Domstraße and the stairs at the Wingolf Monument, you return to the market.

On suit le sentier de randonnée "Eisenacher Haus" jusqu'à la bifurcation en direction du monument de la Burschenschaft. Ceux qui choisissent ce petit détour bénéficient d’une vue splendide sur la Wartburg. Au parking se trouve aussi le premier point de ravitaillement. De retour sur le sentier "Eisenacher Haus", on marche jusqu'au tilleul de Mosbach. De là, sur le "Marktweg", on continue tout droit jusqu'à la piscine forestière de Mosbach. La prochaine station d’approvisionnement invite à faire une pause.  Avec parfois des montées raides sur des sentiers forestiers étroits, on monte jusqu'au "Grand Drachenstein". De là, la vue porte jusqu'à l'Inselsberg. On poursuit vers le point fort suivant de la randonnée : la gorge du Landgraf. S'ensuivent 2,5 kilomètres d'immersion dans la nature - parfois en hauteur, parfois au cœur de la gorge. À la fin, on atteint la vallée de Mariental et on garde la droite. On arrive ainsi sur la promenade Wichmann jusqu'à la auberge "Phantasie" et la "cabane Mariental" - deux autres points de ravitaillement. Ensuite, on se dirige vers l'étang Prinzen et le jardin de la Chartreuse. On traverse à nouveau la B19 au niveau de la Kurstraße. On continue par le chemin Reuter jusqu'aux escaliers du musée Reuter-Wagner. Par la Beethovenstraße, la Domstraße et les escaliers du monument Wingolf, on revient au marché.
