Auf dem 2 km langen Rundwanderweg kann man mehr als 30 liebevoll gestaltete Wichtelhäuser bewundern, die von Thomas, dem Wegewart in Wilhelmsdorf, gebaut wurden. Jedes Haus hat seinen eigenen Charme und erzählt eine kleine Geschichte. Manche Häuser sind sogar bewohnt, wie das Mooshäuschen, in dem man Siebenschläfer beobachten kann. Der Weg ist leicht zu begehen und bietet schöne Ausblicke auf das Thüringer Meer. Man kann in Wilhelmsdorf auf dem Wanderparkplatz parken und von dort aus zum Wichtelweg laufen. Oder man nimmt den Wanderbus (Linie 590), der von Gründonnerstag bis Ende Oktober dreimal täglich nach Wilhelmsdorf fährt.

On the 2 km long circular hiking route, you can admire more than 30 lovingly designed elf houses built by Thomas, the path keeper in Wilhelmsdorf. Each house has its own charm and tells a little story. Some houses are even inhabited, like the Mosshäuschen, where you can observe dormice. The path is easy to walk and offers beautiful views of the Thuringian Sea. You can park in Wilhelmsdorf at the hiking parking lot and walk from there to the Wichtelweg. Alternatively, you can take the hiking bus (line 590), which runs three times daily to Wilhelmsdorf from Maundy Thursday until the end of October.

Sur le sentier circulaire de 2 km, vous pouvez admirer plus de 30 petites maisons de lutins soigneusement décorées, construites par Thomas, le gardien des sentiers à Wilhelmsdorf.
