Toilette, zusätzliche separate Toilette, Bei Belegung mit 2 Personen stehen 70 qm mit 1 Schlafraum/Doppelbett und begehbarem Schrank zur Verfügung, ab 3 Personen erweitert sich die Wohnung auf 102 qm durch einen weiteren Wohn-/Schlafraum mit 3 Einzelbetten, 2.TV, Couch und weiterem Essplatz, es ist auch möglich für 2 Personen die gesamte Etage mit 2 Schlafräumen gegen Aufpreis (10 EUR pro Nacht) zu buchen, rauchen bitte nur auf dem Balkon |

It was lovingly converted from a granny flat into a holiday apartment for 2-5 people and is therefore very comfortable and spacious. It has a very well-equipped kitchen-living area, a large balcony with seating and a table, where guests can enjoy views of the Thuringian Forest in the afternoon and evening sun, a spacious bathroom with a shower, window, bathroom furniture, and toilet, and an additional separate toilet. For 2 guests, 70 sqm with 1 bedroom/double bed and a walk-in closet is available. For 3 or more guests, the apartment expands to 102 sqm with an additional living/sleeping room with 3 single beds, 2 TVs, a sofa, and another dining area. It is also possible for 2 guests to book the entire floor with 2 bedrooms for an extra charge (10 EUR per night). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. |
