Our 85sqm holiday apartment is fully equipped for you and is located on the ground floor: You will feel comfortable in the living room, bedroom, a kitchen - just like at home - a bathroom with shower and toilet, and adjacent to it, a spacious terrace with garden access. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room can be used as a sleeping-living area (sofa bed). In the adjacent dining room, there is another fold-out bed, which can be unfolded if needed. It is 1.40m x 2m with mattress and topper. Your living room is equipped with modern furniture. A baby cot is available on request. It is a non-smoking accommodation, and parking spaces are available on the property free of charge. |

Unsere 85qm große Ferienwohnung ist für Sie komplett eingerichtet und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss:
Sie fühlen sich wohl im Wohn-, Schlafzimmer, einer Küche - wie zu Hause -, ein Bad mit Dusche und Toilette und angrenzend eine großzügige Terrasse mit Gartenzugang.
Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett und das Wohnzimmer kann als Schlaf-Wohnraum genutzt werden (Couch ausklappbar). Im angrenzendem Esszimmer befindet sich noch ein weiteres Schrankbett, welches bei Bedarf ausgeklappt werden kann. Es ist ein 1,40mx2m mit Matratze und Topper.
Ihr Wohnzimmer ist mit modernem Mobiliar ausgestattet.
Ein Babybett steht auf Wunsch zur Verfügung.
Es ist eine Nichtraucherunterkünft und Parkplätze stehen am Grundstück kostenfrei zu Verfügung. |
