About: Paska

Paska ist eine Gemeinde im thüringischen Saale-Orla-Kreis, die zur Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Ranis-Ziegenrück gehört. Der Ort liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hohenwarte-Stausee. Die Gründung des Dorfes Paska geht wahrscheinlich auf das 13. Jahrhundert zurück. 1378 wurde der Ort urkundlich erstmals genannt.[2] Im 16. und 17. Jahrhundert führte es den Namen Passeck. Archäologische Grabungen bewiesen durch Gräberfunde die Ansiedlung der Kelten in der Umgebung rund um den Ort. Der Ort gehörte bis 1815 zum kursächsischen Amt Ziegenrück und kam nach dessen auf dem Wiener Kongress beschlossenen Abtretung an den preußischen Landkreis Ziegenrück, zu dem der Ort bis 1945 gehörte. Paska ist ein Angerdorf. Die typischen alten Bauerngüter mit ihren Drei- und Vierseitenhöfen sind meist Fachwerkbauten. Das Dorf liegt am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes Sormitzgrund.

Paska est une commune du district de Saale-Orla en Thuringe, qui fait partie de la communauté administrative de Ranis-Ziegenrück. Le village est situé à proximité immédiate du barrage de Hohenwarte. La fondation du village de Paska remonte probablement au 13e siècle. En 1378, le village est mentionné pour la première fois dans un document[2]. Aux 16e et 17e siècles, il portait le nom de Passeck. Des fouilles archéologiques ont prouvé, grâce à la découverte de tombes, que les Celtes s'étaient installés dans les environs autour du village. Jusqu'en 1815, la localité faisait partie de l'administration de Ziegenrück du prince électeur de Saxe. Après la cession de cette dernière, décidée lors du Congrès de Vienne, elle a été rattachée au district prussien de Ziegenrück, dont elle a fait partie jusqu'en 1945. Paska est un village de campagne. Les anciens domaines agricoles typiques, avec leurs fermes à trois ou quatre côtés, sont pour la plupart des constructions à colombages. Le village est situé en bordure de la réserve naturelle de Sormitzgrund.

Until 1815 the village belonged to the Electorate of Ziegenrück and after its cession at the Congress of Vienna it came to the Prussian County of Ziegenrück, to which it belonged until 1945. Paska is a village of small farms. The typical old farms with their three- and four-sided farmsteads are mostly half-timbered buildings. The village lies on the edge of the Sormitzgrund nature reserve.
