Große Vierseitenhöfe begrenzen den Dorfanger mit einem Teich und alten Bäumen. Bemerkenswert sind die historischen, noch gut erhaltenen Hoftore der einzelnen Gehöfte, die wesentlich das Erscheinungsbild bestimmen. Raila ist ein Wohndorf und besitzt eine relativ gute touristische Infrastruktur, die durch viele Handwerksbetriebe ergänzt wird.

Le village de Raila (469 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer) s'étend sur une superficie de 430,20 ha et compte 133 habitants. Raila est un village de campagne typique. De grandes fermes à quatre côtés délimitent la place du village avec un étang et de vieux arbres. Les portes historiques des différentes fermes, encore bien conservées, sont remarquables et déterminent en grande partie l'aspect du village. Raila est un village résidentiel et possède une infrastructure touristique relativement bonne, complétée par de nombreuses entreprises artisanales.

Large four-sided farms border the village green with a pond and old trees. The historical, well preserved gates of the individual farmsteads are remarkable and determine the appearance of the village. Raila is a residential village and has a relatively good tourist infrastructure, which is complemented by many craft businesses.
